3. Digital Products

All products sold by Aluvine are digital downloads. You will receive access to your files via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after your purchase is confirmed.

You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct at the time of purchase. Aluvine is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.

4. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchasing The Premium SVG Bundle from Aluvine, you are granted a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the included files under the following terms:

You are permitted to:

Use the files to create physical and digital products for personal use
Use the files to create products for sale on platforms such as Etsy, at craft fairs, to local clients, or through your own shop
Use the files on an unlimited number of personal projects and commercial products
Use the files with Cricut, Silhouette, laser cutters, and any compatible software

You are not permitted to:

Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original SVG files in their original digital format
Bundle or repackage the files and sell them as a digital product
Claim ownership or authorship of the original designs
Share your download link with others
Upload the files to any file sharing platform or database

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, files, graphics, and content included in The Premium SVG Bundle are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the files as described in Section 4, but does not transfer ownership of the files or any intellectual property rights to you.

Aluvine and its content remain the property of their respective owners at all times.

6. Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount displayed at checkout to your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

7. Refunds

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
