1. Digital Products
All products currently sold by Aluvine are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. There are no shipping fees, no delivery delays, and no tracking numbers for digital orders.
After completing your purchase you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout containing your instant download link. Your files are available immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.
If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes of purchase, please:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify the email address you entered at checkout was correct
- Contact us at contact@aluvine.shop with your order number and we will resend your download link promptly
2. Physical Products
In the event that Aluvine introduces physical products in the future, the following shipping policy will apply:
Processing Time Physical orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Canada and Mexico: 7 to 14 business days
- Europe: 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days
Please note these are estimates only. Aluvine is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs for physical products will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your physical order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Items If your physical order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@aluvine.shop with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country upon delivery. Aluvine is not responsible for these additional charges.
