1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold by Aluvine are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as the product cannot be returned.


2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Despite the nature of digital products, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day money back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You have not downloaded or accessed more than 10% of the files
  • You contact us within 30 days of your purchase date
  • You provide your order number and reason for the refund request

3. Eligible Reasons for a Refund

We will consider refund requests for the following reasons:

  • The files are corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The files delivered are significantly different from what was described
  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing your download

4. Non-Eligible Reasons for a Refund

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the files
  • You purchased by mistake after the files have been downloaded
  • You do not have the software or hardware required to use SVG files
  • You found the same or similar files elsewhere at a lower price
  • The files do not work with a specific machine due to user error

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Use the subject line "Refund Request, Order Number XXXXX"
  3. Include your full name, email address used at checkout, and reason for the refund request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method and bank. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.


7. Download Issues

If you are experiencing issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at contact@aluvine.shop before requesting a refund. Most technical issues can be resolved quickly and we are happy to help.


8. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us immediately at contact@aluvine.shop with both order numbers and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
